      Pros

      A lot of the people there are great until you get into upper management. The people who do the little things are the best. There are a lot of hard workers there that aren't recognized.

      Cons

      If you need to insure a spouse or dependents, it's horrible insurance. If you are not high up, a family member or friend of the family, you really don't matter. Training is very lacking. You learn as you go. The pay for many positions isn't very good.

      No pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Poor communication between supervisors, managers, workers. Poor training programs to get new hires up to speed or tasked trained on proper equiptment to do job.

      One of the oldest in the business, we are striving to be better than the competition, very knowledgeable people. Customer and employee focused. Pride in Service.

      Cons

      We need better training programs for new employees and more processes to help people understand their jobs to move up within the company.
