Pros
I have been provided with so much room to grow, and I have had some great support, since joining the Interstate Team. I say "team" because that is essentially what we are, a team. Where everyone is willing to do their part, and help each other to the fullest extent that they can. It is a great working environment, lots of cheerful and helpful people here to greet you with a smile every day. You are trained exceptionally well, have a clear understanding of your tasks and priorities, and Interstate provides such outstanding benefits and takes great care of their employees. It feels wonderful to work for a company that truly cares about you and your career.

Honestly? I cannot find any cons in working at Interstate. This is a perfect place to place your "roots" and begin a career. They will support you fully and completely in any avenue you choose at Interstate.
