Pros

Corporate office staff are great to work with as well as the branches.

Cons

Company needs to listen to two sides of a story before handing reins over to a first time pup who is egotistic. First and foremost before you can tell a person how to do their job you need to learn how to do it! Complaints are many caused by management.
