- good for personal development (company will pay training fees when you pass certification exam) - remote work - become part of a huge global family because of employee turnover rate :)

Cons

- salary low ballers. - terrible bonus system - total compensation below industry - overtime work expected as part of company culture - very high turnover rate - very tight schedule and overtime results in low quality code - overall too much stress
