Nice support over remote work.

Cons

Poor management. (They dont really want to solve your work related problems) Poor salary rise. Extremely high amount of over time. But no extra pay accordingly.

centralized coding infrastructure most of the software products are written by the company nice deployment process tailer made business solutions especially banking industry and for the others too success can be seen from the management bonuses (2 times in a year)

Cons

long working hours no pay for overttime no work-life balance salaries were lower low quality managers unrealistic goals for employees
