Pros
Two salary bonuses per year. (14 salaries in total). Good career step for technical development.
Cons
Highest level bureaucracy, hard to manage db processes and code deployments, no CI/CD, no pipeline between dev-uat-preprod-prod environments, very difficult to get permission to reach db logs since uat, impossible to debug in many different applications (especially in legacy ones), irregular work style, so-called agile, endless overtime and no overtime pay (overtime is a very normal situation and is constantly expected from you in this company), has a dining hall in company but no lunch card given while working remote in COVID era.
