The only good thing was the salary.

Unfortunately, the company engages in heavy micromanagement. Your activities on your PC are monitored, and even if you're working, system-related issues can make it seem like you're inactive — which can lead to criticism from your manager. There's almost no real work planning, and task distribution between teams is unclear and disorganized. This creates confusion and inefficiency in daily operations.
