Cons

Very low salary, espcially, the double standard is too much. When I left, I learned that people with similar experience have a lot of pay even in the same team. Bad health insurance.

Salary Lowballers Agile-ish System they believe the best which is only a nightmare Upper management still old school and toxic Complex architecture that only slows down processes Software Engineers expected to be developer, tester, designer, database administrator-ish. Too many clients that has different procedures for everything. Upper management really in a vacuum. Turnover rate
