Pros

Friends, colleagues are the best. Low level of hierarchy applied. Corporate school, everybody teaching something to everyone. Extra payment twice a year due to performance.(0.3 to 1 each : extra payment/salary ratio)

Cons

-high number of customers meaning owertime work without extra payment. -terrible work/life balance. -Unfair, unbalanced, untrackable salary system. Depends on the tight relationship with managers mostly. -High pressure of management board over all the employee, some sort of dictatorship. -Terrible project management. Urgent agile requests coming from customers with the sponsorship of management board members due to their personal relationship. -product owner teams falling far behind of current and new technologies. -some employee and managers gossip too much.
