Pros

Not many. Some stability due to it being a FTSE 100 company.

Cons

If your face doesn't fit you wont go far. Management promote internally those whom are incapable in their current roles and dont know what to do with them. Sales staff whom cannot sell are rewarded with bulletproof remuneration. Toxic culture where if you speak up to challenge a situation you are destined to never progress.
