local to motorway and trafford centre

Cons

poor attitude toward health and safety leading to a poor safety culture, negative people constantly complaining which gets you fed up after hearing it everyday. no payrise/bonus. constant threats with redundancy. dont learn much, no investment in new equipment, testing is carried out on the tightest budget ever possible. there test is worth more than your life. do not work here if you want to make something of yourself. if your not bothered about career opportunities/pay rises and desperate for a job then yes ok, go ahead.
