Pros

None, none, none, none, and just getting a paycheck.

Cons

They do not care about you or anyone. Money is the only thing that matters. You can dispatch all night and still be expected to come into the office early morning to do reports. They would drag your corpse from the car crash (since you fell asleep on the way in) just to make you work.
