Pros

When there is something going on its all fun

Cons

Some of the people on the management team are a joke. BD department has a woman that works in it that is a liability and not an asset. The company should have never been bought out and everything would be good. Too much gossip amongst the office.

Pros

-Salary Position = Flexible schedule, occasionally work from home. -Various products to learn to evaluate, large exposure to UL, CSA, IEC Standards. -Team atmosphere.

Cons

-Pays below market value. -End of Month Push/Rush (Endless hours worked during this time) -Does not value training for engineering/technician staff. -Limited growth opportunities. -Work life balance can be non-existent at times with working long days and weekends due to poor planing and effectively growing business. -Outdated equipment.

Benefits are decent, Office is nice.

Cons

Chaotic environment, proper training does not exist. Some people work eight hours straight, while others are on personal calls all day and gossip.
