Worldwide operations offer many opportunities.

Cons

Some senior management worked their way up through the ranks but received little management training other than reporting. It can seem like a large mom and pop company where decisions are made based on personal relationships not performance.

Pros

20 days paid time off, nice benefits. ability to learn about different industries. It is also a global company so it is good experience to build networking opportunities

Cons

You can work here for years and never get promoted. The annual raises are low and performance reviews have less to do with actual merit but is more dependent on politics and the inner circle of upper management. HR department is NOT impartial and could care less about the employees.
