Pros

Management from local offices and down have good atmospheres. Strong teamwork.

Cons

The corporate level has no understanding of how construction services and consulting work. Executives only see the need for growth every quarter/year without spending needed capital to obtain it. Employees received a 1% "raise" working through covid while the company made record growth during that time. Leadership up to 30-year careers in positions of regional VPs giving 2-week notices. You are a number and your role is to fill multiple tasks beyond your job description until you burn out. You are set up to fail due to unrealistic goals from people who can't tell the difference between concrete and cement.

Not many pros in the company only chose this company while waiting for another job.

Cons

Too much gossip, low pay, no bonus, will not allow you to be on PTO, morale was low after how they treated employees during covid-19. MADE employees come into office during COVID-19 without any precautions or daily cleaning preventions. No growth opportunities. I would not recommend this place even to my enemies.

A paycheck, honestly I cannot think of anything else.

Cons

Disrespectful management that only cares about that next commission check, severe understaffing in all departments, ridiculously poor support, no IT department (I kid you not, it is outsourced to India) mass confusion between management and everyone else, devices that get misplaced and become your problem when engineers are done with testing (this is daily). ZERO room for advancement. It was a miserable experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I always try to make the best of a bad situation, but this was impossible to overcome
