Placement in positions typically skip over those that are more qualified. -Refusal to hire employees or promote from within to fill vacant positions but instead spread responsibilities around with no increase of salary.

Intertek is a led by insulated incompetence. The culture is pure sadness, but its so siloed everyone thinks its just their business line that's rotten because of the immense internal "feel good" branding. The board is asleep at the wheel for allowing one of the highest paid CEO's to allow this company to run as it does. Executives call you on PTO to do more work. A few global and regional leaders make ALL decisions. HR has about 5-10 employees for 10,000 staff in North America. There is no Remote Work policy- some can mysteriously work remote while most all North America employees who could work from home are being forced to RETURN to the office during COVID. Horrid policies abound. Too much to list.
