Some nice people; very nice PTO (20 days, plus holidays); opportunity for overtime pay if an hourly employee.

Cons

Growing expectations of almost all employees without extending any sort of incentive to out perform previous results. Morale was abysmal, of the sort that made it painful to get up in the morning to go to work. Good ol' boy mentality and hierarchy was discouraging to deal with on a day to day basis.

Cons

too many non degreed engineers and techs.........company is only interested in money and not integrity or professionalism As long as you went to high school with managers you do not need to have knowledge or skills...just be able to bill customers whether the testing was performed or not! sad but true!

Good access to a wide level of business operations. Excellent exposure to my field of expertise.

Cons

Continuing Ed not delivered although often promised. Middle and Upper management extremely political which generated some pretty bizzare behaviors. Quality system faulty and frequently sacrificed for short-term $$ gain.
