Management is terrible. Frequent turnover. Little work/life balance

Disrespectful management that only cares about that next commission check, severe understaffing in all departments, ridiculously poor support, no IT department (I kid you not, it is outsourced to India) mass confusion between management and everyone else, devices that get misplaced and become your problem when engineers are done with testing (this is daily). ZERO room for advancement. It was a miserable experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I always try to make the best of a bad situation, but this was impossible to overcome
