Pay is garbage, annual raise was $0.17 401k match is trash, I put in 6% they only match 50% of that. No hierarchy for discipline, no chain of command No accountability

-Never expect to get promoted or move up unless you threaten to leave -Pay under what other jobs of the same title do -Supervisors vouch for those that they like to run things regardless of experience in a department. Placement in positions typically skip over those that are more qualified. -Refusal to hire employees or promote from within to fill vacant positions but instead spread responsibilities around with no increase of salary.
