A startup that will exit successfully

Pros

-A startup with a huge opportunity to make a difference and go big -Well capitalized, with the resources to sustain and grow -A Big vision and a tactical plan to carry it out -A Board of Directors and Advisors with big names and big talent bringing expertise in fin tech, healthcare, information tech, Crypto, Blockchain with a vested interest in seeing Intiva to successful exit - 6-7 weeks PTO, Good Pay, Yoga, Lunches, And when I was going through a tough family time management told me to take whatever time I needed and don't worry about pto - I've been here long enough to see massive progress and we have come a long way and continue to make giant leaps in technology and market adoption.

Cons

There are negative reviews here on glassdoor and I respect others opinions however it is obvious many have an axe to grind and this is an easy anonymous forum to do so... personal attacks in my opinion show ones own underdeveloped character. The truth is not so simple, real startups (of which I have been involved in multiple) that actually go somewhere and have successful exits require flexibility, a certain type of work ethic, a sense of urgency and individuals who have grit and persistence no matter what the challenges are. This isn't always an easy place to work. No Where is, however the payoff at Intiva is potentially life changing.

Pros

Intiva offers some of the best benefit packages in the Austin Area. Full medical coverage. Our PTO is 6 weeks as well. We have some paid meals as well. 401 k matching. The company has a lot of knowledgeable people and the compensation packages are very competitive if not better. You work with very bright, innovative and hard working co workers and management. You will work on cutting edge projects and help solve important issues.

Cons

It is a relatively innovative and fast paced environment so expect to produce and be on time.
