Work life balance is amazing at Intoxalock. They treat you like a person and understand that we have lives outside of our job. When you hit your budget numbers you can make some great money here as well.

Cons

When you don’t hit your sales goals the pay checks are very small.

The pay is "fair". If you have the ability to meet the metrics of the job? You can make okay money.

Cons

The QA is horrible. 5 pages for an 8 minute call. They blame you if you don't get enough calls. The job is toxic. They want you to rob the customer by not allowing you to "waive" fees that should be waived.
