The company lacks true leadership and communication. The entry and mid-level leadership don’t understand what internal customers means and hides behind their remote positions and have their minions communicate through the,. Open Door policy is a joke and HR lies to when it comes to getting you in the door. They will tell you that there will be plenty of opportunities for future advancements. However, you need to work there for more than six months before you got a sniff. They do this, so you can be part of their customer service team because they can’t get anybody to do our entry level positions. DO NOT APPLY. REVIEW HOW MANY STATES ARE OPTING OUT OF INTOXALOCK.

They provide benefits that are okay.

Cons

The worst. $10 an hour. Commissions are very low. It isn’t even a sales job it’s an order taking job with near impossible metrics to hit. They’ll do anything to screw you out of commissions. The managers pretend to care but at the end of day don’t. The only people who thrive here are low IQ individuals who can handle the abuse and low pay. Obsessed with DE and I and gender reassignment benefits. Seriously a marxist, toxic company.
