      Pros

      Intoxalock is a fair place to work with very little politics. Strong performance is rewarded; poor performance is addressed. The company is focused on growth and is willing to invest in new ideas and top talent. The staff is filled with very intelligent people that do not take themselves too seriously. It's a team-atmosphere which allows interdepartmental projects to flow smoothly.

      Owned by a private equity firm with very aggressive growth goals.

      Pros

      Fast pace, lots of things to do, can easily stretch into other areas if you able.

      Cons

      Lots of new stuff going on and can sometimes be hard to stay in the loop on the latest info.

      Pros

      I have worked at Intoxalock for few years now. This is an amazing company where they care about people. Leaders are ready to listen to you and they really do. At the end of the day you feel you have helped someone since we are trying to help people live and drive responsibly. Overall it is a great place to work and I am very happy being part of this company. The CEO is an amazing woman and you would be surprised that she knows what you are working on and recognizes people all the time.

      There is really not much cons I see.
