This company is the perfect size. Leadership is very present and the company is willing to put their money where their mouth is! Really fun atmosphere. Literally, didn't know the company existed before I started. Awesome call center environment, IT department, Engineering, operations, literally the best sale position in town, marketing, everything is right in town. This is great for someone who wants to continue to grow with a company, but doesn't want to relocate to do so (My case). Company has a great value set and is constantly improving training. Overall, very excellent company.

Working at Intoxalock can be challenging and laid back. There's a job for everyone! One of the biggest pros for me was the great people. From the day I started I felt capable and comfortable with my job due to coworkers and management. Were now taking that to next level and started an employee council to help further our goals and relationships.
