Pros

-Pay is decent -Your paycheck is delivered on time.

Cons

-Management plays the favorite game and if you are not part of their 'cliques' you will be an outsider forever. -They claim to work for a good cause, but its just a money scam. Yes ignition interlock do save lives, but charging people hundreds/thousands of dollars is not what a good cause looks like. -Drama, lots and lots of Drama -Interview process is dragged out to where other companies will offer you other positions before they will come back to you -HR does not keep a professional relationship. Private items that are discussed with them are told to people in their 'cliques', also members of the HR team like to start additional drama about other employees, not a professional team at all. -Benefits are terrible, the company brings in over 25 million in a year, but cant provide decent insurance, 401k options. They don't pay out for unused PTO time, but they are happy to take it from you if you don't use it. This companies main focus is to make money for their leaders, board members, investors. -Work/Life balance is OK depending on your department and position, sales is cutthroat environment, operations is decent, marketing is overworked -The company works with the state to rewrite DUI laws, but they do not consider the people they consider how the company can make money off of someone who has made a mistake.

Not A Place for Minorities

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The ability to work remote and make 90K -100K (with a lot of weekends).

Cons

Experienced micromanagement and discrimination. Management consists of mainly majorities. Once attrition takes place within these roles, they appoint more majorities to fill the openings. This a method employed by racist capitalists. Avoid working here if you are a member of the MINORITY class. These people even outsource your (inbounds) leads to majorities they favor. The KPI's are irrational. They allow young majorities (that they favor) to balance their conversion rate, by not allowing poor quality leads to affect conversion rates.
