      Pros

      They have good practices and help people when needed. Money wise, pay check wise, this is a good company. Immigration wise (H1-B) they will support to the fullest extent.

      Cons

      Their base is limited to Phoenix, AZ area. So, getting a new project sometimes becomes very challenging. Your placement team would not share any blame for bungling a lot of good opportunities. I speak directly to vendors who say they quote very high prices for consultants and that makes them lose out on many opportunities. HR can be slow at times but they are attentive.

      Pros

      Ok so I will not reveal any proprietary info. But working closely with the product team (in which CEO Kal was deeply involved) made me sick. To begin with the product idea was not inhouse. Some big firm ordered it and Intraedge just supplied labor. Their goal was never to make a product but to bodyshop their h1bs. They supplied sub standard resources and the product was a dud so the originator firm lost interest and to salvage any value intraegde took over . overall commitment, design, market research from intraedge part was zilch. They were content making their markup on cheap h1b labor – how sleezy

      Cons

      Intraedge spent much more on PR than on design. Frankly no one there knows anything about the technology or the market. Now when the product is a complete dud Kal blames everyone except himself. Working there is disgusting. There is no proper management and Kal and his team are extremely unethical. there is no proper management ( it’s a family firm) or board so everyone just reports to Kal who is very dishonest and never keeps his word. Overall a cesspool of unethical conduct, toxic environment, and zero technical skills. After all this is not a technology company. It is an immigration agency and a staffing firm.
