Pros

Working with IntraEdge has been an enriching experience. Being in the staffing solution business it is imperative that the process of understanding the client requirement, finding the right talent and a seamless transition is what you expect. IntraEgde does this by equipping its employees with the right tools and technology to carry out the job. The account managers, team leads and the recruiters work in coordination to fulfil the client requirements. IntraEdge has a history of maintaining cordial relationships with all its consultants in the long run. Its a great place to work, a place that allows you to strike a perfect balance between your professional and personal life.

Pros

Have been with Intraedge for more than 3 years and it has been a great experience. Below are the Pros of being with them. It has a great work environment and I enjoy working with my team. They have a big list of clients with a lot of challenging requirements to work on. You have the option to learn new skills and tools. You are appreciated for the achievements or goals you have reached. There is a great sense of security when it comes to job stability. The company has been a great cultural fit for my personality. In my time with them, I have seen them visibly grow and can expect the same in the future. Excellent Health benefits for you and your family

Cons

Have not had any downsides so far. That is why I choose to continue work with them.

Pros

Remote working opportunities with great company culture and work life balance. The management value staff and have faith in them, enabling employees to thrive and be the best they can be. Initial contracts can lead to even better opportunities with IntraEdge and their partners, as happened with me. I would not hesitate to recommend IntraEdge to anyone looking for remote work in the IT industry.

Cons

International nature of contracts means you may need to file your own taxes. But if you're unsure, just ask them.
