A very employee centric company. Provide growth oppurtunity and necessary training from time to time to help the employee develop their skill in niche technology. HR department is very quick in addressing employee grievances . It is my 4th year with the company and must say that it is a very good company to work for. Company has technical expertize in cutting edge technologies and have investment in market changing products.

Will work with h1 visa holders.

Cons

Worked with them for 3+ years and not once was I given a raise even if they switched me on projects and charged the clients 60% + markup. When asked, I was reminded that they have paid for my H1 cost. Their benefits are terrible and the company does not match 401K. The upper leadership team is unethical and have not followed through the promises they make. I know of many people that have expressed similar frustrations and have been waiting to get their h1 sorted out and ready to jump.
