Pros

The local management at Intralinks is just fine and genuinely cares about its employees. However every major decision needs to be approved by the parent company, who treats every employee like a number. Unless there are changes from above, do not expect any significant changes in your roles, titles or salary should you accept a position.

Cons

There appears to be no vision as ownership has changed hands several times over the past few years and priorities shift quickly. Management is a revolving door. There is a lot of focus on keeping things as they are and not so much innovation. Suggestions to add to improve the product are either ignored or added to the bottom of a huge to-do list that will never be addressed. After several years of no or minimal wage increases, we were told that one would be made early as a gratitude for sticking through the pandemic. That increase was a bare minimum and will not keep talent. Tribal knowledge is a huge problem and will walk out the door constantly. Actual talent is not recognized and appreciated.
