Unfortunately, despite what I said in the pros they are completely outweighed by the cons of the company. For one, compensation is terrible. Not only are people underpaid compared to market rates, the compensation team is completely incompetent in handling their job. Expect to get paid your commissions 45 days after the close of the month, which is grossly late. Also, you don't get your quota on time - it is given to you part way through the year and they backdate what your performance is to date. Essentially, you sell for 3 months hoping the company will do the right thing - spoiler alert they won't.
In my experience, they also tried to backdate my quota at the end of the year and withhold money that was earned but not paid (only unpaid because they delay payment for so long) and was shocked that they couldn't actually choose to not pay someone for their work.
It was clear that I was selling at a significantly higher level than my co-workers and management chose to ignore and erase that performance in a poor attempt to keep the money I brought in for themselves. Which is incredibly idiotic because now I am bringing money in for a new company instead.
