Pros

-immediate 401k vesting -WFH -low stress environment

Cons

-SS&C has cost cut as it's known for and has made it nearly impossible to make money anymore -comp structure is designed to penalize those who exceed quota and has caused an exodus of our top sales talent -low pay in this environment has caused non-sales employees to leave causing a brain drain problem and a high attrition

Pros

Best for beginners. Nice HR team but need to maintain fairness even if management plays politics.

Cons

Every few years heavy number of employees laid off. Lot of politics by new management. Frequent changes in management can lead to problems to other employees. Lot of work pressure as team size is continously reducing.. Developer can focus less on their core skills as lot of NFR work

Pros

My colleagues were amazing and there is lots of collaboration across departments leading to learning and growth opportunities.

Cons

A lot of people have left in the last year because of burnout. Other organizations recognized that extreme added stress brought on by covid, but Intralinks increased workloads and it feels like upper management is not listening. Growth opportunities are few and far between outside of major offices. Working from home instead of the office is discouraged, and you must be in the office multiple days a week, even though they also expect you to work very long days, often with a light workload inside of actual business hours and a lot of heavy lifting happening late. Also, as a private equity owned organization, many decisions are solely tied into the bottom line.
