Great benefits but complete disorganization and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Open-ended vacation policy, flexible schedules, decent compensation, relatively friendly co-workers.

Cons

Intralinks has a lot of promise: It's a fairly established company with a broad customer base. But, there is a lack of effective management. People are expected to agree with management although there is an illusion of free speech. There is a tendency toward group-think and a herd mentality, so independent thought is indirectly discouraged. Management tends to talk mostly with other managers, so there is very little guidance for those who'd like more structure in their work place.

Pros

Started out like gangbusters with new executive team but energy and change are not sustainable. I had high hopes with the new exec team – new strategy, new direction, and new leadership. But like the saying goes, even if you put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig. The tight handedness of information and control of process demonstrates a true lack of trust on their part. .

Cons

Lack of resources to key areas other than sales, lip service to corporate goals, and no supporting programs like launch celebrations or opportunities for people to share and collaborate. It's all work and no play. Transparency is still an issue and it looks like you're building a crony network

Pros

Great way to discover the most expensive restaurants in your territory

Cons

Inept management who have no clue how to run a business and motivate people, no work-life balance, no upward mobility possible. Stay away from this train wreck; ridiculous atmosphere.
