      Pros

      Generally a good group of people "in the trenches", good name recognition in the vertical markets the company plays in.

      Cons

      reorgs every 6 months, constant RIFs, knowledgeable people with 10+ years of experience let go because of internal politics, constant reduction in benefits (health care, etc) every year, rampant cronyism. Company change direction on a dime and months of work can be scrapped with little or no explanation. The culture has really changed to the point of being toxic

      Pros

      Intralinks will provide competative compensation. There are also many good people that work for Intralinks. Customer Suport has always been good. There are opportunities to advance if you want to relocate internationally.

      Cons

      There have been many changes in exec mgmt recently that have changed the company culture for the worse. It is not uncommon to have the new exec mgmt actually scream at employees. Nothing matters but the bottom line. Morale is at an all time low. As a result there has been a lot of turnover in the past 6 - 12 months. If the economy was better there is no doubt there would be more. There has also been a lot of organizational restructuring done by the new mgmt. Every few months you have a new manager.
