Pros

Intralinks will provide competative compensation. There are also many good people that work for Intralinks. Customer Suport has always been good. There are opportunities to advance if you want to relocate internationally.

Cons

There have been many changes in exec mgmt recently that have changed the company culture for the worse. It is not uncommon to have the new exec mgmt actually scream at employees. Nothing matters but the bottom line. Morale is at an all time low. As a result there has been a lot of turnover in the past 6 - 12 months. If the economy was better there is no doubt there would be more. There has also been a lot of organizational restructuring done by the new mgmt. Every few months you have a new manager.

25 cents vending machines. Location near Grand Central.

Cons

Poor accountability of departments to provide you what you need to move projects forward. Bureaucratic upper level executives managing the IT and IS teams.
