A strong sense of urgency for all tasks, often without clear prioritization. Promotions are infrequent, and salary increases tend to be below average—even when changing roles internally. It's advisable to negotiate a strong starting salary. The team is significantly understaffed, and this issue doesn't appear to be a priority for management. Occasional work outside of regular hours is expected. Standby compensation is limited to a meal voucher, with no additional day off even if you work overnight. The work-from-home policy requires three days in the office and must be arranged a month in advance. However, enforcement is inconsistent across teams. The HR department (excluding Talent Acquisition) underperforms compared to industry standards, particularly in areas like performance evaluations, learning and development, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
