Pros
1. I believe this is a great company to work for if this is your first job. They are very invested in your training and patient with you as you learn. They see everyone as a long-term hire, and as long as you are working hard with good intentions, you will likely be treated with respect. 2. The top leadership is excellent. Edel Blanks, Dana Summerour, Rudy de Mul, and Matt Fourney are among those who appear to be very popular with their reportees. 3. Benefits are great. Generous PTO, new facilities, and on-campus gyms and pharmacy. 4. Most colleagues are smart, well-intentioned team-players who work hard and genuinely care about your well-being.
Cons
1. Very hard to get promoted or improve salary potential in the current horizontal structure. It feels like there is a long-term trend of young high-performers/high potential employees leaving after a few years because of this. Many high-ranking employees seem to have left the company to work at competitors for a while before returning. 2. Roles are not always clearly defined, and many people end up doing things far different than their job title would implicate. 3. I have heard of multiple managers not providing adequate feedback to their reportees, hurting growth and ability to improve.
