Co-workers are amazing. Ppe and covid practice is good. Culture is decent

Terrible practice of their own “Lci” or policies Allow bipolar racist supervisor to run great employees out of the company and cover up his multiple freak outs They don’t take care of their employees. They don’t keep to their promises on bonuses they don’t keep to their Promises on hiring temps full time. They rarely give raises and if they do it’s in the form of pennies. If you go in as temp, expect to wait a very long time to most likely not get the job.
