If you can endure mistreatment and dont mind a toxic work environment this is the place for you.
Pros
hourly wage and weekly incentives.
Cons
2-3 months into employment I witnessed a mass lay off, things never really got back on track after that, things just continued to decline 3 new Supervisors in 2 1/2 years of employment Management are extremely passive aggressive Doesn't matter how good of a worker you are they value gossip, sarcasm and sports talk over hardwork It's a Trap job, pays well but you aren't actually acquiring any true skills that will allow you to transition into a different position or a new career making the same amount or more money. That'll put you in a tough position 3+ years with the company and they decide it'll be cheaper to pay someone new to do your job Management show blatant favoritism Poor job training. No standard operational procedures. Lacks company culture Expectations are extremely high doesn't align with the hourly wage. Management is not sincere at the end of the day they care more about their equipment being assembled and shipped. If you voice your opinion or speak out against mistreatment you'll have a target on your back. Those "anonymous" surveys aren't anonymous my Supervisor definitely retaliated against everyone after receiving not so good feedback Turnover rate was so high even with zero write ups every day I felt like I was on the chopping block. My worries just became reality... stay far away. I got a feeling another mass firing or layoff is on the way.
