The work life balance is cool.

Cons

Regardless if you have a solid work ethic, if you aren't part of the C.E.O's inner circle or for lack of better wording "chosen few" then you don't belong. It's very click oriented and processes are disorganized.

Pros

Great culture and people. I really enjoyed myself while working there and everyday was very relaxed. I would suggest it if you like a laid back environment.

Cons

Quite low pay and not great benefits. I think that some people have raised concerns about this and it may be addressed in the future but it's still unclear.
