The culture here is amazing. I really looked up to the CEO and his vision for the company. The client projects are fun and they are doing great work with their apprenticeship program.

Cons

I cannot think of any at the moment.

The people at Intrepid are great. The team is young, which can be good if you're young as well. There are lots of fun things about working at Intrepid like Friday team dinners / happy hours and company BBQs.

Cons

The work can lack direction sometimes and even though you get assigned a manager, the mentoring portion of it sometimes goes out the window. Sometimes feel like I'm going it alone and my manager doesn't have time for me.
