      Pros

      The people you’ll work with on a daily basis are great, very smart, and at least in California, are forward thinking and care about the environment.

      Cons

      There have been multiple layoffs in the MEP sector, so it is worrisome to work here. You’ll often be dealing with projects that are in financial trouble due to bad design by people that have left.
