      Pros

      My coworkers and immediate bosses/supervisors were really focused on getting me educational opportunities and teaching me as much as they could, I learned a lot in a short time there

      Cons

      The benefits were meh, not great not terrible, getting laid off was no fun (although they did give me 2 weeks severance so that's ok). There was a lot of pressure from the project managers, especially leading up to the lay offs.

      Pros

      -Progressive, sustainability focused and a lot of opportunity to grow -Some of the nicest people I have worked with in Engineering-transparency and communication. Support from my supervisors for work/life balance

      Cons

      New brand and name needs to get out there, still amazing people and projects.
