Intuit Business Operations Associate reviews

I unfortunately did not have a good manager. The manager that hired me switched to another team and my subsequent manager who I was under for 2+ years did not know how to manage people. He micromanaged his employees and was impossible to please. Ultimately I ended up separating from Intuit as it was impossible to work under him. I liked the company and most of the peers I worked with my unfortunately my manager and as a result my team ruined it for me. However, if I was interested in staying with the company I am confident I could have found a different internal position on another team as people frequently switch positions and teams.

1. Poor work life balance 2. Middle level leadership doesn't know how to motivate/excite employees.
