      Pros

      Great culture that supports each employee's learning and growth path. Great benefits, awesome work culture, work-life balance is important, compensation and benefits are out of this world.

      Cons

      Most of my team is remote, so the only down side so far is not being able to meet the team in person.

      Pros

      The people here are smart, collaborative, and intensely focused on understanding customer needs and doing the right thing for our customers. Benefits are great; work life balance so far is good, too. I love Intuit’s approach to return to office — work out what’s best for your team, aiming for 2-3 days in the office on average.

      Cons

      Ramp up time as a new hire took longer than I expected.
