Pros

Very nice and capable co-workers. At lease for principal level engineers I interacted everyone is nice and strong in technology. Considering all the craziness layoff, PIP, performance review stack ranking in the tech industry right now, Intuit still has a relative good working environment.

Cons

Junior level engineers hired are not top talent. Pay is second tie compare to FAANG principal level.
