Pros

Quality staff is hired at a low level and you can learn from all the fresh talent, they keep management looking good.

Cons

Management is not strong and falls short of reputable companies. Some leaders may not make it outside of Intuit, so this is their last stop and they will do anything to keep their title which includes putting down real talent.

Pros

-Used to be a great place to work -Great benefits, came to Intuit for the great culture, great vision and great CEO

Cons

-Influx of leaders from companies with toxic environments -Raises not based performance, based on favoritism -Rules change without communication resulting in good people getting thrown under the bus by incompetent middle management who have infiltrated the company with the Yahoo culture. -The same middle managers treat their employees with the same lack of respect demonstrated by Marisa Mayer towards her people at Yahoo.
