Pros

I took advantage of their tuition reimbursement plan. Had a great benefits package. For the most part enjoyed my supervisors, management, and co-workers. I believed in the value of the products we sold.

Cons

When the economy went south, so did the work environment. During the difficult times the workload increased exponentially creating an unhealthy environment. You used to be able to makes some $$$ in sales at this company, now they try to get the same employee performance for 1/3 of the cost.

Pros

Intuit has great benefits, stock is doing good, good brand. Used to have an employee centric culture. That had changed.

Cons

Intuit has brought on short sighed management who is making "bold" changes mainly to justify then being brought on. They are doing it by instilling fear, not being transparent, and showing no respect for employees who stands in their way because they are caring about the business.
