Pros

Amazing culture and leadership — people genuinely care and support one another. The work in financial crime prevention is meaningful and impactful, and you can see how it protects customers in real time. There’s strong focus on innovation, great tech tools, and plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. Intuit really lives its values and invests in its people.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, especially during tax season, but the teamwork and leadership support make it manageable and rewarding. Learning new systems takes time, but once you’re settled in, everything clicks.
