      Pros

      If you want to solve problems at scale—from a platform used by thousands of developers to a product serving millions of users—you have access to abundant resources, including cutting-edge AI tools, to tackle the biggest challenges. This experience completely changed the perception I had before joining. Intuit offers one of the most employee-friendly environments you could ask for, with outstanding benefits and support for its people.

      Cons

      Like any large organization, decision-making can be a slow process; rightly so, as changes affect millions of users. However, if you have ownership driven and a solution driven mindset supported with skill of strong collaboration, you can move quickly and make a real impact very fast.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance and a healthy team culture. I’ve learned a lot during my time here — both technically and professionally. Coworkers are supportive and always willing to help, which makes it a great environment for growth and collaboration.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be hard to make changes or move quickly because there are too many rules and processes in place. More flexibility and trust in teams could help speed up decision-making.

      Benefits are great, company culture is great. Employees are passionate. Office is amazing! Great setup with barrista, food programs, work environment and tools, and great location.

      Culture is shifting and workload is increasing. Headcount pressure means more work leadership need to prioritize
