Pros

Benefits are great. Pay if pretty good. The company truly believes in Wellness. Company believes in giving back to the community.

Cons

Intuit is bringing in a lot of foreign engineers. Unfortunately, tax laws change rapidly and engineers that don't know tax laws will not be effective in writing code for the program. Intuit wants innovation and feel if you have been there over 5-10 years or more you have nothing new to offer. Work life balance is no longer in balance

Pros

Comfortable environment, great work-life balance. Great potential.

Cons

Too comfortable, and too risk-averse in pursuit of opportunities. Project leadership was composed of too many non-technical people.

Central technology team slow, incompetent, self serving

Pros

Intuit has a great culture and great people in general to work with. People are passionate about their work

Cons

managers in charge of the central enterprise technology team are incompetent. They make business decisions to hold on to their jobs, revise history to suit their argument, and reorganize the teams opportunistically to hide their personal failures.
